Off to Jail: Michelle Rodriguez

She had her day in court and now she's off to jail. If you remember, Lost stars Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were arrested back in December for DUI within fifteen minutes of each other. Rodriguez pleaded guilty this week and was given a choice of performing 240 hours of community service or spending five days in jail. She chose the latter, plus a $500 fine, with her jail time to commence immediately. Rodriguez is no stranger to a courtroom -- back in 2004, she pleaded no contest to DUI in Los Angeles and was ordered to complete a three-month alcohol program and placed on probation for a period of three years.

Watros pleaded guilty back in January and was ordered to pay a $370 fine and had her license suspended for 90 days.
