Television Icon Aaron Spelling Passes Away at 83

It's hard to imagine the face of television without the likes of Alexis Carrington, Amanda Woodward, Brandon Walsh, the Charmed Ones, Eric Camden and those charming Angels. Aaron Spelling gave us thousands of hours of drama, intrigue, action, laughter, romance and those unforgettable catfights, but most importantly, he gave viewers a solid hour each week where we could escape the exhaustion of our daily lives and focus on the problems in other zip codes. After suffering a stroke last week, followed by a brief hospital stay, Spelling had been resting comfortably at home with his family when he passed away on Friday. He will be sorely missed, yet he will never be forgotten.
