The WB Goes Out in Style
Saturday July 1, 2006
As The CW prepares to set the world on fire, the WB has decided to go out in style by bringing back the four shows that put the WB on the map. The pilot episodes of Buffy, Angel, Felicity and Dawson's Creek will air on Sunday, September 17th, the final night the WB will be in existence. Felicity will kick things off at 5pm, Angel at 6pm ET, the two-hour Buffy pilot will air between 7 and 9pm ET, with the night ending with teen favorite Dawson's Creek. The final night will also take viewers on a trip down memory lane through the history of the WB, featuring Michigan J. Frog, the network's memorable mascot that helped launch the WB 11 years ago. A fall premiere schedule has not been released as of yet, but I'll lay odds that the CW programming will begin the following day with the premiere of 7th Heaven and Runaway.
