At Long Last, Six Degrees Returns

Thursday February 22, 2007
Just when you were convinced that Six Degrees had been canceled, ABC shocks fans of the series with news that the show is indeed returning to the schedule. Beginning Friday, March 23, the series will return in the 9pm timeslot. During the long hiatus, the series went through a bit of a makeover to iron out some internal issues. The remaining seven episodes are scheduled to air, but if the series doesn't capture a decent audience, the likelihood of scoring a spot on the fall schedule is next to zilch.

So would they write an ending to the series if it isn’t picked up or will we just be left hanging. If it just gets cut off why would we bother with it?

I agree with jan. Plus, I hope they didn’t replace an actor and keep the same character name. That would be confusing.

Six Degrees is a really good drama with terrific actors..and where is it? Every Friday my tv guide lists it for Fri nite at 10..but it is always pre-empted by Wifeswap. What’s the deal?

I also loved The Nine, which was critically acclaimed and cancelled too.

I loved Six Degrees……why does anyone bother to put on a new TV show to just have it cancelled?? I have watched more new shows this past season only to find out MOST of them were cancelled. Six Degrees was a GREAT show. Maybe you could sell the first season episodes to the fans who truly loved it?? Obviously they aren’t going to air the rest of the episodes. I would have loved to have seen the rest of the episodes. I really don’t want to start watching any new shows……why bother, they all get cancelled!! Maybe everyone could boycot all new shows and they will stop being made.
