Amber Tamblyn Returning to Television

From her early days as rebellious teen Emily Quartermaine on General Hospital to starring in the title role on the former CBS series Joan of Arcadia as the teen who regularly had conversations with God, Amber Tamblyn is easily one of the most likeable and captivating actors of her generation. After starring in several movies such as The Grudge 2 and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Tamblyn has been lured back to the small screen to star in the new CBS dramedy, Babylon Fields. The series revolves around a young woman who murders her abusive father with the help of her mother, only to discover he has returned from the dead. The series also stars Rita Moreno and Jimmy Smits and is expected to make its debut this fall on CBS.
