Latest Casting News

As Grey's Anatomy prepares its two-hour special (and possible lead-in for the spin-off), casting is in full swing. After nabbing Taye Diggs and Hector Elizondo (who will play Callie's father), The Hollywood Reporter says that Tim Daly (The Nine) and Paul Adelstein (Kellerman, Prison Break) have also signed on for the special episode. While I adore Tim Daly, he doesn't exactly have a great track record when it comes to appearing in dramas on ABC. I find the addition of Paul Adelstein interesting -- could this mean his character on Prison Break will die before the season ends this April? Very interesting!

Rapper Chris "Ludacris" Bridges is set to appear on the season finale of Law & Order: SVU as the stepson of Det. Fin Tutola (Ice-T), who is standing trial for the murder of a mother and her baby. The finale will truly be a star-studded event as many celebs have signed on to appear in the finale: Star Jones Reynolds (as herself), Steven Weber, Nancy Grace (as herself), LisaGay Hamilton, Ernest Waddell, Vincent Spano, Judith Light and Michael Weston.
