First Gay Couple Arrives on Wisteria Lane

Wednesday August 15, 2007
Up until now, the couples on Wisteria Lane have been heterosexual, but times are changing as the first gay couple moves into the neighborhood on Desperate Housewives. Tuc Watkins (David Vickers, One Life to Live) and Kevin Rahm (ex-Kyle, Judging Amy) nabbed the recurring roles of Bob and Lee, a couple looking to set up house and start a new life on the beautiful Wisteria Lane. Ah, if only they knew the trouble they are about to encounter! Perhaps they'll bring a little trouble of their own.

In Other Casting News....

Former Buffy and Angel star James Marsters announced on his official web site that he has landed a recurring role on Without a Trace as Det. Mars (yes, I'm serious). No word on when Marsters will begin airing, but apparently his character will be brought in to help solve a human-trafficking ring case.
