Kyle XY Renewed for Season Three
Monday October 8, 2007
The second half of season two of the hit ABC Family series Kyle XY has not yet aired, but the network is confident that viewers will still want more answers about the identity of Kyle XY for another season. Ten episodes for season three have been ordered. Back in June, season two premiered and the series ran through the summer months before coming to its exciting mid-season finale in early September, but little did fans know at the time that season two was not quite over. As it turns out, ABC Family ordered 23 total episodes to be produced for the sophomore season rather than the traditional 10-episode order given to most of the network's original series. The remaining 10 episodes are scheduled to air sometime this spring, but as to when season three will air is not yet known. Let's hope we don't have to wait until summer of 2009 to learn more about the charming and very mysterious Kyle XY.
