ABC Shakes Things Up For Midseason

The writers' strike may have just about destroyed any chance of seeing new episodes of our favorite dramas in the coming months, but that certainly isn't going to stop the networks from rolling out a whole new crop of shows in the New Year. ABC is the latest to unveil their midseason plans, which includes the long-awaited return of Lost. New dramas coming to the alphabet network are Cashmere Mafia and Eli Stone. After playing musical time periods on Wednesday nights for three seasons, ABC is going to see how Lost fares in the Grey's Anatomy time slot on Thursdays, followed by Eli Stone at 10pm.

Cashmere Mafia Synopsis: Think Sex & the City in the business world. Four beautiful women who have been friends for years try to make a go of it in New York City as they try to find love and success. When all else fails, these ladies know they always have each other to lean on in the rough times.

Eli Stone Synopsis: Could there be a real prophet walking among us? Eli Stone, a successful lawyer, thinks he's suffering from hallucinations when he begins seeing the future. After discovering he has an aneurysm in his brain, Eli must try to figure out if what he is seeing has been brought on medically or if someone higher up has a higher purpose for him.
