Dexter: The Video Game

Saturday March 15, 2008
Bringing popular television shows into the video game era has added another dimension to our viewing experience. Video and PC games such as 24, CSI, Desperate Housewives and Lost have allowed fans to interact with their favorite characters and in some cases, control their destinies.

On the surface, Dexter Morgan seems like an ordinary guy who works for the Miami Dade Police Department as a forensic blood spatter expert. Deep down inside lives "The Dark Defender," a serial killer whose "victims" are child molesters, rapists and other criminals who have successfully evaded the justice system.

Imagine having the chance to delve into that deeply disturbed mind and control Dexter's every move. It's about to become a reality now that Showtime Networks and Marc Ecko Entertainment are partnering to bring Dexter fans an exciting video game that is sure to challenge even the most skilled gamer.

Marc Fernandez, Vice President of Marc Ecko Entertainment had this to say about the upcoming video game:
"Dexter is the extremely rare TV show with enough layers of action and tension to translate perfectly into a compelling video game. Our game designers, writers, and artists are going to give Dexter's morally complex world the kind of interactivity that gamers will love."
Think you can handle crawling inside the mind of Dexter Morgan?
