What's Left to Premiere This Fall?
Tuesday October 14, 2008
It's hard to believe the fall season began more than six weeks ago. I guess time really does fly when you're having fun. Now that My Own Worst Enemy and Eli Stone have premiered this week, that leaves one last show yet to debut and then I can officially say that every television drama on the schedule this fall has begun.
This Friday, NBC will launch their own series set on a seemingly deserted island -- but does Crusoe have what it takes to lure viewers away from CBS on this challenging night of television?
Crusoe Synopsis: The timeless novel by Daniel Defoe about the incredible journeys of Robinson Crusoe comes to the small screen. When a man leaves behind the love of his life to go on an adventure, he winds up shipwrecked on a tropical island for 28 years. As he combats severe weather changes and dangerous islanders, his desire to return home to the life he once knew may be the only thing keeping him alive.
Sound exciting? Will you tune in to this new series? Comments, thoughts? Post 'em below!

Of course I’ll give this new Drama a chance.
For some reason this is a skimpy year for adult over 50 television so I am ready. I am tired of ghosts, angels, etc and am running low on DVR options. Hope this new dram will be at least mildly entertaining. I am one of those people who never tires of cops, mafia, lawyers, and cowboys. Any chance we could see a western in February?
I’m the opposite of Cowboy. I love all that is being offered these days and my DVR is chronically full. I’d like to watch this new show, but not sure I can fit it in. We’ll see.
