Fox Announces Midseason Premiere Schedule

Thursday November 6, 2008
As we head towards the end of 2008, naturally our thoughts are beginning to turn to what lies ahead in the New Year. As we await word on when series such as Lost, Medium and Nip/Tuck will premiere, Fox has already put the finishing touches on their midseason premiere schedule.

It's been almost two years since season six of 24 premiered and the wait is finally over when Jack Bauer starts another hellish day on January 11. The much-anticipated Joss Whedon series Dollhouse debuts on February 13 (and yes, that's a Friday). The return of American Idol wreaks a little havoc with the schedule, so expect your favorite Fox dramas to shift to new days and times.

I am alarmed that Prison Break is nowhere to be found on the midseason schedule. Hopefully, the plan is to have the series return later in the spring, so stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
