NBC Announces Season Finale Dates
Friday January 30, 2009
It's hard to think about spring season finales when we're still being pounded with snow on the east coast, but NBC is thinking beyond those cold winter nights by planning ahead to those warmer days when our favorite shows air their last episodes of the season.
The Futon Critic reports that in addition to announcing the season finale dates, NBC has also confirmed their episode commitments from primetime dramas such as Heroes, Chuck and Medium. Heroes fans should be thrilled to hear that we're going to get 26 episodes in total, rather than the typical 22-episode season. Oddly enough though, with an April 27 finale date, the show won't delve into the May sweeps madness.
In fact, most of their primetime dramas are scheduled to air their finales in April. Strange? You bet, but that just frees up more of our precious viewing time for the rest of sweeps month!
NBC's Season Finale Dates
- April 8 - Life
- April 10 - Friday Night Lights
- April 13 - Chuck
- April 27 - Heroes
- May 18 - Medium
- May 19 - Law & Order: SVU
- May 20 - Law & Order
