Major Character Leaving Heroes

One would think that a show featuring ordinary people with extraordinary abilities would have a lower mortality rate than others, right? Wrong. Another major character is about to be killed off on Heroes.

According to E! Online, death is coming to the show and it's going to be a leading male character that has been a part of the series since the very beginning.

So, which main character could it be? Let's examine the possibilities....

• Hiro: The obvious choice since he's suffering from a brain tumor. However, I think his death wouldn't come as much of a shock due to his illness -- not to mention his likability factor with the fans.

• Nathan: He's already dead and has recently lost his body back to Sylar, the original inhabitant.

• Peter: I can't find any reason/indication as to why this popular character would be killed off - which might very well spell trouble if TPTB are looking to add that "shock" factor for the sake of ratings.

• Matt: His disturbing visions could continue to lead him down a very dangerous road -- especially if Sylar remembers that Matt turned him into Nathan Petrelli.

• Suresh: We have yet to see Suresh this season, where is he? I feel like we have much more to learn about his father's work, so I'd hate to lose him until some questions are answered.

• Noah "H.R.G." Bennet: Noah has no ability and plenty of enemies, he could very well be in mortal danger.

• Sylar: How could TPTB possibly kill off the show's biggest and most compelling villain? Besides, we still have yet to learn what turn of events finds future Sylar making pancakes and naming his son Noah. Since this character technically has not been around since the beginning, he may be safe for the time being.
