During the holidays, many of us don't have time to keep track of the latest happenings on our favorite shows, which is why the networks put them on a long hiatus. Once the stockings have been hung, the last of the eggnog consumed and all of the gifts opened, it's nice to kick back and turn on the tube to relax -- but none of your shows are airing new episodes this time of year. What to watch, what to watch...
While we wait for the new midseason shows to begin and our favorite dramas to resume next month, the networks are airing repeats of many of their shows, which is an excellent time to take another drama for a test drive. The networks have made episodes of their shows available in a variety of ways: on the primetime lineup, video on demand (depending on your cable provider) and on their websites, as well as other online sites.
Those who have not yet watched ABC's new hit series Once Upon a Time will have the opportunity to catch up on the show when the network airs a marathon on New Year's Day beginning at 4pm ET. ABC.com is also offering viewers the chance to watch all of the episodes from season one of both Once Upon a Time and Revenge until mid-January. ABC Family will also run the first ten episodes of The Lying Game on January 1. AMC will air the entire series of The Walking Dead on December 31 (don't forget that the new season begins on February 12).
Until your favorite shows return, give a new drama a chance -- you never know what captivating series will make a fan out of you.
