The Hollywood Foreign Press has spoken and the winners have been announced. Although shows such as Breaking Bad and Mad Men (which was not eligible for this year's Golden Globes) typically take home the gold, it was especially nice to see other shows and stars get the chance to shine this year.
I think many would agree that Ricky Gervais was less than stellar at last year's Golden Globes, there was definite improvement from last year. However, I have to admit that I'm not a huge Gervais fan and would much rather have watched Neil Patrick Harris... or anyone else host the awards.
