Premise:
Travel back to the 1920s when alcohol was illegal and crime bosses such as Al Capone and Lucky Luciano were just getting started. The series follows historical crime boss and corrupt politician Nucky Johnson, who controlled Atlantic City during Prohibition, and those around him who helped contribute to making Atlantic City "The World's Playground."
