Are Billie and Christy the "Ultimate Power"? The Charmed Ones are finally coming to the right conclusion and must decide how to stop them, all the while figuring out how to bring Leo back. Paige is given a new charge and must act quickly to save her life when she is attacked by two darklighters.

Trying to further her plan to draw Billie to the dark side, Christy traps Paige, Phoebe and Piper in a dreamstate in order to show Billie the selfishness the sisters are capable of to suit their needs.
