A group of American citizens anxiously join (with some forced to join) a mysterious cross-country race led by a sinister man named Mr. Bright for a massive prize rumored to be worth a whopping $32 million. None of the participants are told who they are racing against and nobody knows where the finish line is located. Each clue takes them closer to the dangerous and possibly deadly end of what will prove to be the biggest action-packed race of their lives.

Is it worth your precious viewing time?

Of all the series that have premiered in the 2006-07 television season, Drive is without a doubt, one of my favorites. This fast-paced series offers fans a taste of everything: drama, humor, mystery and a whole lot of action. Viewers will instantly become invested in the character Alex Tully (Nathan Fillion), the contestant forced into the race in an effort to save his missing wife. Each character has a story to tell and big secrets to hide, and it seems as though the people behind this race know where all the skeletons are hiding. Exactly how sinister is this race? You'll get a hint by the end of the first hour!

Chance of Survival?

The 8pm Monday night timeslot is a highly competitive hour, but Prison Break managed to hold on to 7+ million viewers each week, so if viewers are sucked in by the two-hour premiere, the chances of luring people away from the other offerings, this show has an excellent chance of survival.
