'Drop Dead Diva' Synopsis:
Deb is a beautiful model-in-training, but a fatal car accident derails her hopes and dreams. Jane is an intelligent, unremarkable, but sweet plus-size attorney who ends up on the wrong end of a gun during a robbery.
As she heads towards the gates of Heaven, Deb is confronted by gatekeeper Fred, who labels her a "self-centered zero." After accidentally hitting a key on Fred's computer, her soul is sent back to earth, but she accidentally ends up in Jane's body.
Horrified, Deb soon realizes that if she is going to continue living in her new body, she'll have no choice but to come to terms with her new body -- and it isn't exactly going to be the easiest transition for anyone concerned. Will this diva finally learn that there is more to life than a pretty face?
