Someone from Derek and Addison's past arrives in Seattle and shakes things up. Meanwhile, Burke learns about Christina's secret and, after a visit with her mother, Meredith looks into more of her family's dirty laundry.

Remember Mark, the guy Addison slept with? He's back, stealing patients and romancing Meredith! Could this be the event that will finally bring Meredith and McDreamy back together? Probably not, but it'll definitely nudge him a bit. Just don't expect these two to get back together anytime soon, but his feelings are becoming more obvious each episode.
