Meredith and George suddenly find themselves at odds at work. Meanwhile Bailey, although technically still on maternity leave, finds herself treating Addison for an unusual feminine issue, and Alex finds himself oddly jealous when Izzie pays more attention to Denny.

Remember that heart transplant patient? Looks like he's back for a while. The actor's name is Jeffrey Dean Morgan and he will play a love interest for Izzie for 8 or 9 episodes. Sorry Alex, looks like you're on your own for a while!
