When we last saw the doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital, a major love fest was going on! Derek and Meredith had a beautiful candlelit reconciliation; Callie and Erica locked lips, as did Alex and Izzie and the chief and his estranged wife....

It's several weeks later and in typical Grey's fashion, things are a bit wacky at Seattle Grace. How do you think Rose handles the news that Derek wants to end their relationship? We've seen in the previews that Rose tells Derek she's pregnant -- but is she lying or could this scene just simply be a figment of Meredith's imagination?

Things between Callie and Erica are a bit awkward, but these two lovely ladies do their best to figure out where their relationship is headed.

Derek decides to move out of the trailer and is conflicted about Meredith's offer to move in with her since she's been known to get a bit.... flaky about relationships.

Former Journeyman star Kevin McKidd arrives at Seattle Grace in a dramatic way. His character's name is Owen Hunt and he's a military doctor who will immediately get Cristina's attention. Rumor has it that these two will become a couple.

The Chief gives the staff disturbing news that they have lost their ranking as the top-tier teaching hospital. Needless to say, these overachievers do not take this news well at all!
