The new season picks up minutes after Nathan was shot. Will the shooter's identity come as a complete shock, or have we known all along who did it? The big question is why he/she decided to shoot Nathan during the press conference.

Sylar is thrilled when he realizes his abilities are returning, but realizes that Claire may be the only person who can restore his powers to full capacity.

Hiro and Ando face the firing squad when word gets out that they are harboring a huge family secret -- one that could "split the planet apart." We'll meet a new character named Daphne, who will be the key to helping Hiro and Ando. They will follow Daphne to Paris and a new journey begins.

Suresh makes a huge discovery thanks to Maya, but he soon realizes this could wreck havoc on his own existence.

Who is Tracy Strauss? Watch for this character to be an extremely important figure in this new chapter!

Peter and his mother Angela come face-to-face. Things don't go well when she demands answers from him.

The once-gentle Peter Petrelli has turned into a ticking time bomb (no, not like he was in season 1). His new violent nature is a major cause of concern -- especially as it gives a peek into what is about to come.

Sylar decides to exact revenge on the Company and begins his quest by destroying the main facility. However, when he gets to Level 5, Sylar realizes he may be in danger when he meets Elle.

As Sylar and Elle fight, several highly dangerous criminals loaded with alarming abilities manage to escape.

Matt meets a mysterious person who will help him get a handle on his abilities.
