AJ is off to a rough start as the casino owner when he attempts to implement changes that make many employees unhappy.

Danny's hopes of becoming the top dog are dashed when AJ announces that he is opening the position up to outside applicants.

Danny is further disappointed (and angry) when he learns that Mike has applied for the job.

Sam's therapy takes a turn when she realizes that she has no real friends. She decides to make a change by getting to know the new hotel concierge, Piper.
