The Other 48 Days

The harrowing first 48 days in the lives of the tail section survivors are revealed. Most of the tailenders have been tortured and many are now gone forever.

There are two children named Zach and Emma. You'll see the teddy bear that was briefly shown a couple episodes back when "The Others" were walking through the jungle.

The way the backstories are told will completely change in this episode.
