As Sayid, Desmond and Frank head towards the freighter, they experience some major turbulence.

Is Desmond able to time travel? If you remember that bizarre season three episode, Desmond time traveled back to Penny. Apparently, in this episode Desmond's ability will take him back to a place where Daniel Faraday is a Physics professor.

Desmond's time traveling adventures takes him in and out of time, but rumor has it that Daniel Faraday is a constant figure in his travels. Seeing as how Daniel is a physicist, I'd lay odds that he knows a thing or two about time travel.

Minkowski, the voice we keep hearing on that phone will finally materialize in this episode in the form of Fisher Stevens.
