Synopsis:
Being a detective is easily one of the most difficult and strenuous jobs, but imagine having obsessive-compulsive disorder on top of that?!
Adrian Monk is a homicide detective on the San Francisco Police force and after the tragic (and unsolved) death of his wife, Monk developed an abnormal fear of germs, heights and crowds. As you can imagine, this makes his job almost impossible at times.
This genuinely entertaining dramedy follows the escapades of Monk and his crew as they take on all types of cases -- no matter how dirty and disturbing.
