Synopsis:
After leaving home, writing a bestselling book that is about to be turned into a movie, and suffering from a major case of writer's block, Nick Garrett returned to his hometown after 10 years.
Upon his return home to Knights Ridge, Massachusetts, Nick found that his circle of friends weren't exactly thrilled to have him back and his ex-girlfriend had a little boy -- who happened to be nine-years-old. Nick had used his friends and family as characters in his book and as such, they all had a very difficult time welcoming Nick back into their world.
Determined to win back his friends, family and perhaps even the love of his life, Nick decided there were too many reasons to stay in Knights Ridge. Will they ever forgive him? Is the little boy Nick's son? Once Nick gets past his writer's block, will he leave these people behind for the big city again?
