Another Phantom Zoner appears in this episode, this one is named Titan (played by Kane).
Titan has created a fight club in which the battles are to the death and are being broadcast on the internet.
Clark and Chloe investigate the fight club and Clark will wind up in the ring.....against Lois!
Lana has some problems with her pregnancy.
