When we last saw Clark, he was battling Lex Luthor at the Fortress of Solitude....

The eighth season begins several months after the events of the season seven finale and poor Clark has lost his powers (courtesy of Jor-El) and is lost somewhere in the Arctic.

Determined to find Clark, Green Arrow and the Justice League, which includes Aquaman and Black Canary, go in search of their friend. Their search begins at Luthorcorp, where they have it out with Tess Mercer, the new CEO.

Chloe has been taken prisoner by a strange group who have learned that she has developed a new power. Will the Justice League find time to rescue her as well?

Phil Morris (Martian Manhunter) returns for this episode. Fans should be thrilled to learn that Justin Hartley (Green Arrow/Oliver Queen) will appear in at least 12 episodes this season.
