New Night, New Season
When ABC moved Grey's Anatomy from its cushy Sunday night timeslot to Thursdays, we all held our breath and waited to see if that gamble would pay off. Not only did it win in the ratings, it knocked the current ratings champ CSI off their throne. The reason? The viewers had fallen madly in love with this series and for good reason -- it's one of the best-produced dramas in many years. Season three was no exception as we watched Izzie recover from losing Denny, Meredith struggled with her feelings for Derek, Burke was in bad shape after being shot and then had to deal with a malfunctioning surgical hand, Cristina had to plan a wedding, Alex began to fall for a patient, George got married...and the list goes on and on. And that folks, is what makes for great drama!
Is the DVD Worth Your Hard-Earned Cash?
This pivotal season is worth absolutely every single penny -- and consider it money well spent because this is one of those few series that viewers will enjoy long after the very last episode airs many years from now. From bloopers and deleted scenes to the creation of new characters and a one-on-one with Ellen Pompeo, this DVD provides fans with hours of entertainment above and beyond the 25 season three episodes. Whether you've watched from day one or not a single episode, it's never too late to see what the fuss is all about.
