May Sweeps on Fox - Spoilers for 'House' and 'Bones' (2008)

With reality television programming dominating the primetime schedule on Fox, the only dramas airing during May Sweeps are Bones and House. Despite the lack of drama, Fox does have a fantastic May in store for viewers....

Bones

April 28 Episode: "The Baby in the Bough"
Brennan and Booth investigate a car accident and find the driver's body completely burned, but the biggest shock comes when the victim's baby is found in a tree above the accident scene. The case takes an interesting turn when Brennan and Booth are forced to take care of the baby after a vital piece of evidence is swallowed by the little one.

May 5 Episode: "The Verdict in the Story"
Ryan O'Neal returns as Max Keenan (Brennan's father) and his life is on the line - literally when he goes on trial for the murder of FBI Deputy Director Robert Kirby. Should Max be found guilty, he will wind up on death row. While Brennan works to clear her father's name, the rest of the Jeffersonian team are put in an awkward position when they must testify for the prosecution.

May 12 Episode: "The Wannabe in the Weeds"
American Idol fans will be thrilled when previous finalists Ace Young and Brandon Rogers appear in this episode. Young plays an aspiring singer who is murdered and it's up to the team to solve the case. Something will come to light during this episode that could jeopardize the team's relationship.

May 19 Episode: "The Pain in the Heart"/Season Finale
The Gormogon serial killer returns! The Jeffersonian team may never be the same again when an explosion in the lab lands Zach in the hospital and Gormogon's silver skeleton is stolen. As each member of the team becomes a suspect, they come to the shocking conclusion that one of their own may be working with the killer.

House

April 28 Episode: "No More Mr. Nice Guy"
Dr. Crabby Pants is back and crankier than ever! House believes the ER may have made a mistake in a patient's diagnosis because he feels the patient is "too nice." Luckily he'll never have that problem. Is it a man crush? House wages war against Amber (a.k.a. Cutthroat B*tch) for Wilson's attention.

May 5 Episode: "Living the Dream"
Jason Lewis (a.k.a. Smith on Sex & the City) plays a hunky actor on House's favorite soap Prescription Passion. When House is convinced that the actor is suffering from a serious medical condition, the team refuses to believe him, so he must act on his own accord to save the star's life.

May 12 Episode: "House's Head"/Season Finale, Part 1
House is in a bus accident and loses four hours of memory that may make the difference between life and death for a fellow passenger. As little bits and pieces come together, House remembers that one of the passengers showed signs of having a deadly illness, but he can't unlock the memory of the potential patient. Will his memory return in time to save someone's life?

May 19 Episode: "Wilson's Heart"/Season Finale, Part 2
As House struggles to regain his memory to save a passenger's life, his friendship with Wilson is pushed to the limit as some of the events leading to the bus crash begin to return. Can this relationship be saved? These two have my vote for one of television's best couples!
