Shane West Checking Back into ER

From Doug Ross and Carol Hathaway to Luka Kovac and Abby Lockhart, ER has continually developed these memorable couples that fans have dearly loved over the years. When Shane West left the series last year, fans were exceptionally vocal about the shocking exit of this popular character that had not yet won the heart of the woman he loves. "Reela" fans rejoice -- it looks like ER won't fade away without a resolution to this complicated relationship.
Michael Ausiello from Entertainment Weekly reports that Dr. Ray Barnett is heading back to ER and the woman he loves on October 30. When Ray returns in October, watch for a complete (and stunning) transformation to have taken place. His return will directly impact the way Neela's story will play out through the remainder of the series. Ausiello also learned that the actor would make another important return before the series ends in May.
Will we see one last wedding before the series ends -- perhaps one with guest appearances from some of those famous characters from the past 15 years?!

I do not want another boring and Disgusting triangle!
Ray has already suffered too much because of Neela’s selfishness.
I want to see Neela fighting for Ray.
I dont want to see Neela continuing to rub in the rotten Brenner!
Because I do not accept Ray and Neela’s wedding, If she continues to behave like a dog with heat, having sex with the disgusting Brenner.
Ray deserves better than it!
Let’s give Neela a break. Maybe she’s learned her lesson. Before the accident, didn’t she realize that Ray was the one. I’m ready for a happy ending without alot of drama. This is a couple I can root for. Also, remember, she’s loss Michael to the war - doesn’t she deserve some happiness even if she’s come to the realization later that sooner? If he can forgive her, why can’t us viewers?
last nights episode kinda freaked me out. i mean, the way they started ray’s return was kinda creepy. i scare easily so the frankenstein mask kinda creeped me out but the way ray was just walking back & forth b4 neela walked in was weird; he looked so stiff it was odd. then they kept showin his new legs which to me was scary cuz i like ray & it was just freaky to see that. anyway, then when neela saw him, how are they suddenly happy to see each other? i understand the emotional effect of the accident but he said he didnt wanna see her. how’d they make up? plus, she blamed him when it was her fault so why is she just now feeling responsable? yes he shouldn’t have drank that much but he wouldn’t have ended up to the point where he didnt know he was in the street if she hadn’t been messing with his feelings all the time.when ray was explaining how things were going with rehab & he saw neela with brenner, i didnt like the dark expression on his face. it looked like he was gonna go all evil. the other thing that scared me was him saying he attempted suicide. all & all, i DONT think that ray & neela should get married. i think he needs someone else. like, whatever happened to that katie girl taking care of him? she’d be good for him.
I cried like a baby with Ray’s return!
I’m really happy Ray for how much he has matured.
Neela needs grows like him.
Neela need to stop the Brenner advances to her. Need to repel Brenner immediately. It is insulting see Neela get going by men as disgusting Brenner!
It’s better Neela quickly prove she deserves Ray, before it is too late.
If Neel really want the sympathy of the fans is better to start to grows and change her attitude to men disgusting that surround her and go after Ray. Cause Ray is the best man for Neela!
I AGREE NEELA NEEDS TO STRAIGHTEN UP AND FIGHT FOR RAY, I HOPE RAY AND NEELA GETS TOGETHER. IT’D BE REALLY WONDERFUL IF THEY WERE TO GET MARRIED ON THE SHOW…..SINCE THIS IS THE LAST SEASON, GIVE US FAITHFUL VIEWERS ONE MORE HAPPY WEDDING TO DEPART ON.
