This is it, the much-talked about episode that will possible serve as the pilot for the Grey's spin-off.

The episode will focus on Addison's decision to leave all the men in her life, take a leave of absence from Settle Grace and head to Los Angeles to hang out with some friends from medical school.

From what I know, an alternative medicine practice run by Addison's friends will happen to be in need of a neonatal specialist. The impressive new cast stars: Paul Adelstein ( Prison Break), Amy Brenneman (Judging Amy), Tim Daly ( The Nine), Taye Diggs ( Day Break), Merrin Dungey ( Alias). The temporary name for the spin-off is titled Private Practice.

Cristina finally gets involved in the wedding plans and works with her mother and Burke's to plan the wedding she never wanted.

Meredith and her stepmother become closer - could this woman be the death the producers have hinted would occur before the end of the season?
