There a new McHottie doctor on staff at Seattle Grace and he's going to shake things up! That's right folks, Owen Hunt is back!

Derek and Owen are going to butt heads once again and things are going to get mighty tense at the hospital.

Not only will Derek and Owen go at it, but Bailey and the other residents won't be singing his praises either as he makes them all feel inadequate.

The Chief gives Bailey a promotion and makes Owen the new head of trauma.

Bailey must try to figure out how to remove an inoperable tumor from a young girl.
