Fox's Mid-Season Shuffle

Hot on the heels of the cancellation news , Fox announced the official schedule that will commence January, 2006. Major changes have taken place: "Prison Break," originally thought to not return until May, will now return with brand new episodes in March. "Bones" will move to Tuesdays at 9pm ET. "Reunion," now cancelled, will end its run in February, making way for "Stacked" and "That 70's Show" to air in its time slot.

The following is the schedule, all times are Eastern Standard:

Monday
  • 8 p.m. "Skating with Celebrities" (premieres Wednesday, Jan. 18; moves to Mondays January 23)
  • 8 p.m. "Prison Break" (returns March 13, new episodes begin March 20)
  • 9 p.m. "24" (premieres Jan. 15 & 16, all originals all season)

Tuesday
  • 8 p.m. "American Idol" (premieres January 17)
  • 9 p.m. "House"

Wednesday
  • 8 p.m. "American Idol" (premieres January 18)
  • 9 p.m. "Bones" (as of January 25)

Thursday
  • 8 p.m. "The O.C."
  • 9 p.m. "That '70s Show" (as of March 2)
  • 9:30 p.m. "Stacked" (as of March 2)

Friday
  • 8 p.m. "The Bernie Mac Show"
  • 8:30 p.m. "Malcolm in the Middle"
  • 9 p.m. "Trading Spouses" (as of Jan. 6)
